I bought these vitamins because they were gummies and for women. I didn't read the percentages I just assumed a women's vitamin would have iron, a very, very important ingredient. There is no iron in these gummies. I wondered why my iron level was always low. Would not recommend.

online it says there is 400mcg of biotin in 2 gummies but on the bottle I recieved it states only 150mcg in 2 gummies.

These vitamins actually absorb and are beneficial, unlike a lot of multi-vitamins out there. Bonus that they taste great, too!!!
