This vitamin is. easy to digest no water needed I have been taking them for more than a year I really feel good I take them same time every day and if you like berries that’s the way to go no fuss

It took my 90-year-old husband and me struggling for about ten minutes to get the cap off. Why don’t mfg make bottles for childless families? The gummies taste good. Which is nice because I can’t swallow pills.

This is a very good item for women over 50 with a sensitive stomach . . we need our vitamins and sometimes pill form upsets our tummy. Tastes just like gummies but not too sweet.

I definitely noticed a difference. At 75, I needed a nap in the afternoon to keep my energy going. With this vitamin I'm skipping a nap because I don't need one! Keeps me going all day long.

I am an adult in reasonable health, and I could not open the container. It's a "Push and turn" type, but would not come open for me. I'll have to ask a neighbor to come over and try. Definitely not worth it.

I eas taking 50 plus centrum but, thought it was strong.I like these ok but see they have chromium that may cause headaches.It did help my hip.I will keep taking them for now.we will see.

Always loved these vitamins and these have a good expiration date (2016) but they seem to have dried out. They are in one big blob and I have to dig out my daily dose.

Just nope. These were unfortunately too gross to chew. We take several vitamin supplements. The texture was ok but not great. Ended up giving these away to a friend. Smarty Pants are better texture and flavor wise.
