It is easy to add to my daily routine and tasted fine do I would keep taking it. I like many of the flavors and the gummy make a nice change from taking solid pills.

They're tinier than most other gummy vitamins I've tried and a little blander in flavor, but they're still pretty sweet and easy enough to take. All the flavors taste the same but it's not bad by any means, they're just not overwhelmingly coated in sugar. Bone support is important, and this is a great alternative for people who can't take pills.
