They taste great, I love that they do not have the little sugar specks on them like some brands do & that they have such a great flavor. I also love that they are gummies rather than a pill or liquid. I am going to recommend these to everyone!

I also was skeptical because it looks so much like candy, that a child might want to eat more than the recommended dosage. If I had small children in the house, I would not try it.

There is only 2 grams of sugar per serving,which is two gummies daily,not bad and only 15 calories. The gummy-ness is nice to its soft but not overly chewy. you get a months supply.
