The flavor is always so fresh and the protein content is spot-on for a needed pick-me-up. I love that I can stop into almost any convenience store to find a Slim Jim and for a very affordable price, I can take care of my snacking needs. I can't say enough good about Slim Jim! Affordable, healthy and very tasty - what more could you need in a snack?

One of my favorite childhood nostalgia, this classic snack is great to have while watching a game. Very compact, easy to carry. I haven't ate much of this one due to the amount of sodium. Otherwise, I enjoy this handy snack so much and brings back alot of memories.

It doesn't really live up to the hype. I find this product very greasy for myself, but my dogs love it. It's very affordable. They can improve the product by going back to the beginning and create a new better tasting product. I know that I am just one person with this view, but I do hope it counts for something.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I love Slim Jim's!! I literally cannot keep these in the house too long because everyone gobbles them up. Slim Jim's have a very unique smoked flavor which makes these the perfect snack whether you're at home watching football or even in the car for trips. You literally cannot eat just one! These are conveniently packaged and there is no mess and easy to throw into your purse or bag.

My kids are obsessed with slim Jim's. They love the flavor and simplicity of a meat stick. The original slim Jim is not spicy in the least and is a great source of protein. I wish their ingredients were a bit healthier but hey they are only kids once ;)

Used to enjoy these a ton, however over the past year, every variation of slim jim has had tooth-like bones in it, both the minis, original, and savage ones. It's reached a point where they're borderline inedible due to concerns over safety swallowing a bone or chipping a tooth. At this point I'm just going to start sticking to offbrands, because even a common offbrand known as Simms doesn't have these quality issues, disappointment of a product.

When I'm headed out on a road trip this is one of my first grabs... perfect tasty treat with just the right mount of spice and flavor. My only problem is they are addicting and I can't stop eating them ...also they can be slightly greasy feeling sometime in comparison to other jerky sticks I've had but never the less I love them

Growing up I always got one of these with my mom in the checkout line. We would eat them in the parking lot and she made it a game to hide the package from dad so to not hurt his feelings. They are suer tasty and easy to est on the go. The are easy to eat and not very hard.

While not the healthiest of options I still think it’s better than chips. A great road trip snack and a must have when I’m headed on a journey. The only issue I have with slim Jim’s is I eat them so fast I end up eating more than I should. This is a great snack to have on hand that’s not messy and will hold you over.

I could seriously live off these. I don’t know how they’re made but that flavor is fantastic. I usually get the huge ones and eat two of them. They’re my favorite meaty snack and I highly recommend them to everyone. Especially those on a low carb diet.
