I too have been using Ziploc sandwich bags for years and years! I am totally dissatisfied with the last couple of boxes I've bought. I can hardly make the seal close. And if I have to open them, the zipper is ruined so you can't reuse it. Please make them like you used to!!!

I submitted this review as part of a free sample program. I had no issues when using the bags. The bags had a nice seal and didn't leak. I used the same bag across a couple days and it still held up. I like that there is a bit of a tab for easy open.

Easy to open package. Bags are easy to remove from box. Ziplock bags are easy to open up due to the one extended tab. The "bumps" on the easy guide give you a good feel where to close the seal when holding the bag. The textured plastic in the opening allows a tight grip between your fingers to open the bag. The bags have a good tight seal and a good size for a sandwich. Bags are "BPA-free".

I submitted this review as part of a free sample program. These bags are similar to the old style Ziploc bags, but have a new easy guide texture that makes closing the bags even easier, and faster. The grip and seal feature closes the bag tightly. You can feel and hear it locking in place. I was able to seal 80 crayons in one bag. I then held the bag upside down and tried to shake the crayons out, and the seal held. The bag itself seems thick and not cheap. Opening the bag has a tab that makes it easy, and you don't have to worry about ripping the actual bag when opening. Overall I am pleased with these bags, and will continue to use them in the future.

As a mother and a former teacher, I really appreciate how easy it is to open and close the bag. The texture on the opening allows you to easily separate the two pieces of plastic to open, and the EasyGlide texture makes it a cinch to align the closure and zip it securely. My 5-year-old normally doesn't like the bags without the zipper, but she was surprised that this one was easy to open and close.

This one was much the same in that respect. It will hold dry products very well. I decided to fill it with water even though I'm not likely to ever use it for the purpose of carrying liquid. I filled the bag half full with water and turned it upside down. The seal held just fine even when I squeezed the bag. There was a little bit of leaking but, again, I nor anyone else would use this product to carry pure liquids. Even being held upside down and with squeezing there were only a few little drops of water that came through. That's impressive. I like the feel of the green mesh section and the dots when sealing the bag. The seal lines up well and does what it's supposed to. I've dealt with plenty of other brands where you have to finagle the seal to get it to line up.

i have used these bags for years and now I find that they are very difficult to close. The 2 panels do not line up enough to be able to run your finger down. This leaves the bag still open. It takes many tries to get it sealed. The former bags never gave me a problem. I will start looking for an alternative.
