I always go for Ziploc because they're affordable and hold up better than most brands that usually rip or tear on me. I grab packs for my kids to take to school for their teachers, and I use these at home when making my kids school lunch and my fiancé's work lunch.

I opened a new box of ziplock 40 sandwich bags and it was not quite 1/2 full! I counted the bags and yes, there were 40 bags but I'm wondering why this company needs to more than double the size of the packaging necessary in order to sell their product. In a world where space in our kitchen drawers is a premium, I'm going to opt for a smaller box and not worry about the number of bags or the brand!

These are so durable and help to not cause any leaks and hold so much! They have strong plastic and they are my to go for taking things. One improvement can be different size expansions. These are affordable! I would highly recommend using these.Ziploc® Brand Sandwich Bags

I've been using Ziploc forever. Lately, I suspect they're having a quality control problem with the sandwich bags. They seal fine but sometimes the green part rips away from the zipper. It happened many times with a previous box but I thought, oh well. Someone was sleeping on the job. Now my second box of sandwich bags is doing the same thing. The picture I've included shows not only only the green part pulling away, but the bag pulled away from the zipper. (When it fails, it's usually just the green part and not the bag.) Now I'm frustrated.

My personal preference for snacks. They're durable and don't rip in my book-bag when I'm commuting to work. I like that I can write on them with a sharpie and it won't smudge. Overall just easy to use when you're on the go. The only thing I don't recommend putting in them are berries because of the juice making a mess inside the bag. I like to slice apples and put them in these, too.

Ziplock bags are my go to storage bags, all sizes....when the kids were browning up I'd pack their sandwiches in them to take to school..they kept every sandwich closed tight and fresh. I love all their bags, and they are a staple in my house, I use them for everything.

The texture guide helps everyone from elderly to children keep their hands on the seal to ensure it's closed. Perfect for busy and rushed mornings! I did receive product reimbursement but this is my honest review.

I submitted this review as part of a free sample program. These bags are similar to the old style Ziploc bags, but have a new easy guide texture that makes closing the bags even easier, and faster. The grip and seal feature closes the bag tightly. You can feel and hear it locking in place. I was able to seal 80 crayons in one bag. I then held the bag upside down and tried to shake the crayons out, and the seal held. The bag itself seems thick and not cheap. Opening the bag has a tab that makes it easy, and you don't have to worry about ripping the actual bag when opening. Overall I am pleased with these bags, and will continue to use them in the future.

These have always been my go to brand of storage sandwich bags as far as I can remember. I grew up with this brand and still use them to this day. They are extremely reliable and alway keep food fresh and stay sealed. They work great for other uses such as storing craft items too.
