I put some frozen ground beef in the freezer bag, sealed it, and put it in the freezer knowing it would be protected. I had no worries and knew that the meat would be protected. When it was time to open the bag, I could tell the bag was sealed tight and protected the contents. The meat inside was fresh and ready for me to use.

I love the redesign in which the bag now has a large, oval base to allow for easy, sturdy filling. They worked great for filling with pasta sauce and freezing. I will be interested to see how these bags do in preventing freezer burn.

I will say the quality of these bags are a lot better than the "store brand" ones I have been purchasing. These Ziploc bags are definitely a lot more sturdy and thick. The Grip n' Seal Technology they have on these bags are great too. It's a very nice double seal which makes me feel confident that nothing will leak out of these. I am happy I decided to try these instead of the cheaper store brand bags!

Usually I have to ask my husband or 6 year old daughter to hold the bag for me. I did fold down the top 2 times to help stabilize it. I love the Ziplock brand because they are durable and I know nothing will get freezer burn.

I only ever purchase Ziploc bags because the seals are tight and don't leak, and they keep food well. I used these gallon bags to store soup tonight, and I absolutely love how they stand up while I'm filling them. Once I got all the soup in and closed it, it went right into the freezer. I know with Ziploc bags that my food is safe and secure. I love these bags and will continue to purchase them in every size.

I've used many different brands of ziplock style bags but no other brand can compare to quality of Ziploc. These bags just seem more durable and you can just feel the amazing quality of Ziploc's patented sealing "zip" every time you open or close it. Truly, no other brand I've ever used comes close to effectively replicating the silky smooth feel of zipping one of these bags shut nor do they ever feel as secure once the seal is actually closed. My only gripe with them are how expensive they are so they're not really worth using in "dispose after utilizing" scenarios but if you want a ziplock bag that lasts which you can rely on to stay sealed, I definitely recommend these.

When I was asked to try the new stay up design I was extremely impressed at the innovation. On many occasions we make salads to go for work or pack soups into the gallon bags and my wife and I frequent spill and wished there was a better way .... Stay up design really stepped it up . Just amazing. Thanks for pushing the boundaries ziploc. Will continue to use their products for years to come

I also use them for our kids toys and crafts, such as bead necklaces and Legos. This "Stay Open" design add a new convenience to an already great product. Being able to stand the bag up on a flat surface and fill makes using the bags so much easier.

These new bags just improve on the already awesome ziploc bags. They now stand up on their own for easy filling. The freezer gallon size is perfect for storing leftovers in the freezer for another easy meal. Definitely recommend them to others.
