I love ziploc brand and its a bonus to be able to buy them in quantity at Sam's Club! I also use them to put packages together for the homeless. They're zipped securely and can still see what's inside.

I have used the freezer gallon bags for years and had no issues. The last box I bought, the bags are not sealing, very disappointed the bags are not cheap!

Ziploc bags used to be leak-free, but not anymore. They're basically useless when thawing or marinating food. They leak and create a mess. Plus, they're thinner than they used to be. Bags have actually torn in the freezer. That NEVER used to happen. I will have to find an alternative because they're now JUNK! Further, the company significantly reduced the number of bags, but charges the same price. It used to be 4 boxes of 50. Now, it's 4 boxes of 38. So, less bags and lower quality for the same price. Good job, Ziploc (cue slow Nancy Pelosi clap).

They're strong, they open and shut easily. The best way to use any freezer bag for long term usage is to put your product in the freezer bag, press out as much air as possible, then wrap it in butcher paper. Smaller or flat items can then be placed in a Gallon Freezer bag to keep everything organized. You can also wrap product in clinge wrap but it not as thick. So 6mths. This method can keep food for atleast a year/+. My experience.

This entire order of Dunkin Coffee, Z-bars, Ranch dressing and Ziploc bags and the protein drinks already reviewed were ordered for my son and his family in California. They love SAM'S club and so do I in SC. Great products and great delivery service. We love ordering.

Use these for many things... but mostly for freezing grocery store bulk buys... like meat that is on sale, etc. I wrap first in plastic wrap to keep air from getting near the meat and then put in one of these... quart, half gallon and gallon sizes as necessary. No freezer burn for over a year.

Local Sams was out of all Ziploc so I ordered online. Gallon freezer, quart freezer, and sandwich bags. Went to cart and only gallon were available. Why let me put them in the cart if not in stock? Ordered the gallon anyway and since I was ordering three items they sent three big boxes of gallon freezer bags $40 and change. Went online and saw options to return by mail or to store. I chose store thinking it would let me print something to show at store. But nothing. Returned to store and they would not accept the return. Only customer service available is to chat so I did and the guy says he will set up a refund. I check my email and he sent three separate return labels and no return authorization. The three boxes were originally sent in one box. I will give them to family members since I have spent enough time trying to return these. Now I can say I use Ziplock bags for lots of things. These freezer bags work great. Besides working great to freeze food, they are good for keeping small parts, batteries, notes, receipts and just use your imagination. I have not had the problem that others mentioned in their reviews. These bags have been sturdy. So the product gets five stars and Sam's gets 0 stars.

I assume Ziploc would be a no brainer excellent product. However, this batch was a complete nightmare! All boxes in this package seemed to be affected with inperfections. I go (gently) to add food (not overpack at all) and either the side seem splits open or the top side seem splits. I now double bagged my shredded chicken only to have the second bag split. Ziploc always provided a quality product, so I will assume this was a bad batch.
