New ‘stand up’ feature is like having perforated bags. About 1/4 of all bags I’ve used have ripped along ‘stand’ lines and had to be thrown away. Horrible design!

Do not buy

I have bought 2 boxes of these now and if your looking for a true seal don't waste your money. If thats no issues then grab em up!! I need no air leakage getting in, so im pretty annoyed with these. I had to tape the edges where the seal/ziplock is to stop air getting in. And every bag in both boxed did not/does not actually fully seal closed. After not even 24 hrs alot air is in them. Checked, tested, and double back on multiple bags. Not one sealed without letting air in. Heck, the no-name generic bags I got seal better than these do now!! Not real happy nor impressed.  And this fold design just weakens the bag too. All these unneeded extras are only making these less sturdy & no good.

The millimeter of plastic thickness really stands out compared to competitors. Feel confident in the added protection for freezer use. I like to weigh and divide berries to freeze and thaw as needed. I also use them when I need to trust the durability of shaking a sauce or marinade on a protein without rupture. Strong enough for bone in pork chops without penetrating the bag. I trust microwaving items for short periods without melting the baggie. A staple in our pantry.
