[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Folgers Classic Roast instant Coffee, is a convenient choice, when we are in a hurry in the morning. It's a strong coffee, the taste is good, but honestly, a little bitter. It is a regular coffee, to have within reach, for certain occasions, especially on busy days. Comes in a container, with a screw lid, very easy to use.

Being a stay at home mother, I pretty much survive on coffee. I live and breath it. There are times though that I can't wait for the Keurig to get its thing going and deliver coffee. Here lately I have been surviving on Instant Coffee Crystals from Folgers. I love being able to go in there, make my coffee, warm it up and be ready to go. Another plus is that I can literally take this anywhere and have coffee with me all the time. The roast is your regular roast and it tastes like it slaved in the coffee maker for 30 minutes brewing to the right taste. I love a cup or 2 each morning. unfortunetly I like a lot of sugar and creamer. I gave it up to help lose weight. I like diet shakes, but I miss the mocha flavor they don't make anymore. so I use 1/2 to 1 tsp. folgers instant in each of my 3 shakes it is My Mocha !!!!! and I like the shakes and I get the coffee. !!!!!!!!!!!!

I know a lot of people are coffee snobs and refuse to drink anything except "special" coffee, haha. However, we have used Folgers instant coffee for years and are satisfied with it overall. We've tried all kinds of other coffees and types of brews, but we just settled on Folgers instant regular coffee. It's easy. It's quick. The price is reasonable. There's only one complaint. Please, please bring back the flip top lid. I read another review that mentioned the person had pulled the old flip top lid and jar out of the trash. That is exactly what we did. We saved the jar and the old lid so that we can pour newly purchased Folgers into the old jar with the old flip top lid. We're older folks and our fingers are not as nimble or quick as they used to be. The flip top lid was so convenient.

The flip-top lid was great. The screw-top lid is inconvenient, easily cross threaded and frustrating. Having to take it completely off to use has caused me to spill the contents all over the counter several times. It is hard to enjoy that warm, aromatic cup when you have do cleanup first. Ugh! Bring back the flip-top!

I love coffee, and so I was more than willing to receive a free sample to review. What I love about Folgers Instant Coffee is I can easily make it as strong as I like. My first cup I made a little too strong, but after adding a touch more hot water, it evened out. The aroma was rich and full-bodied. The taste was smooth and warming. It doesn't upset my stomach like so many other brands of coffee do. I'm also looking forward to trying to use it in my baking.

This was the exact same coffee that my grandmother let me have as a small child. Still to this day, it's good for what you need coffee for. The taste, quality, price and value is unbeatable and at the end of the day, it's a decent coffee that does the job.

My family and I have enjoyed Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee for many years and have recommended it to many. Two days ago, I bought my usual Folgers Instant at the usual place, but all of us noticed that the coffee tasted different..."burnt flavor." I thought that perhaps it may be a bad batch and bought another bottle at a different place...it had the same "burnt flavor" which we found distasteful. Folgers Company, did you change the recipe or did someone mess up on their first day on the job? We miss our original coffee flavor. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically make my own coffee concentrate. However, I slacked at that recently, so this came in handy. It dissolves best with warm water but only takes just a few seconds, and it's done. That's flavor initially seemed a bit stronger than my typical coffee. I just added a little extra syrup for sweetness. Overall, I like it and will purchase it in the future, as it comes in handy when you're running late or in a pinch.
