Not too strong, and no bitter aftertaste. Not really as good as freshly perked coffee, but there isn't as much caffeine.

Use this daily to make iced coffee and it’s such a great price here. This is the only brand that dissolves in cold water.

The coffee did not taste as good as I thought. It was pretty weak. I had to double the amount of coffee recommended in the directions. Not worth it.
