Flavor is great but expiration date is too soon for a shelf stable item. I buy shelf stable so I can have it in the house through the winter. I have bought this from other online order services and have a year before expiration. Not a good value when it expires too quickly. I would not have ordered this if I had known they would send product that expired so soon. I feel cheated!

I prefer macadamia milk for my coffee but this is good for eating cereal and making dairy-free ice cream. It's also good if you want something with a slightly thicker consistency - but don't want something as think as oat milk. I also love any shelf-stable product. I'm single so being able to store this non-dairy and shelf-stable milk is a real money-saver. No more tossing out spoiled containers of gallon-sized products.

My first choice of milk! It is a healthy alternative to dairy (for sure) plus it is shelf stable. It last much longer than cold gallon jugs of dairy. My kids have never complained about the taste (they just gup it down) or had any reactions to it. Definitely a good item to consider!

A very good item to keep in the pantry. This milk has a good shelf live and comes in handy when you run out of the traditional refrigerated milk. The quart size is perfect for our family. It doesn't go to waste. We do not have to worry about the quality. This was delivered with care and in perfect condition by Corinthians.

I found that Silk is better for than milk the older I get and the taste isn't that much different. I am pleased.
