I bought these on sale to see how I’d like them. They are great! I’m glad I bought two of them. They have less sugar, and are less than in the stores.

Lite, means, not sweet. I also found multple hard spots, perhaps portions of seeds? Not good y'all. I ended up throwing these out, except for two cans out of the box. One which I ate.

Been repeat buying this for a year or 2, first time i got cans without the pull tab. I have them under my desk at the office, didnt expect a change. Have to buy an opener now. also first can pulled out dented. (also first time any dents at all) small dent. not enough to do anything.

I've tried various canned Pears since the COVID-19 Pandemic began and the Del Monte Pear Halves - Lite clearly taste the best IMHO. I tried the No Sugar Added Del Monte Pear Halves which IMHO left a strange aftertaste likely due to the Artificial Sweeteners added to that particular variant. Also, I am not fond of Del Monte Pears in Heavy Syrup due to so much added sugar. Therefore, if you want as close as you potentially can get to fresh pears, I suggest trying out the Del Monte Pear Halves - Lite.

Not in a heavy syrup,good to have on hand when you want fruit.

I was skeptical about canned pears, but after trying them they are really good and tasty.
