It is gentle and has biotin and vitamin e to strengthen the integrity of your hair. It is affordable but pretty good quality for the price. I also like the amount of product you get.

When I tried this a few years ago I did not like the smell. I tried it again now and the smell is more softer and gentle. better for us scent sensitive folks. No more winter static hair!
