When my order arrived, the bottles were leaking and the dispenser didn't work. I had to transfer the shampoo & conditioner to a different bottle

We have lots of hair and the amount of shampoo and conditioner in this last us a long time. Makes my hair shine more then any other I've used.

My conditioner was broken and was leaking on other things in the box. Too many things are packed in the box and some things are getting crushed.

I love this shampoo and conditioner. Wish it were sold by the each, though -- I use way more shampoo than conditioner.
