Extra sugar free as I don't really notice any big change. As maybe a little sweet different taste. I love spearmint so it don't taste fake. Like toothpaste or mouthwash gargle. Easy package. Goes quick does not last long. But the taste does.

I chew this gum is large quantities. It curbs my hunger, doesn't coat my teeth with sugar. Long lasting and portable! Leaves your breath minty but not over powering!

I reallly enjoy Extra Spearmint Sugarfree Gum because the favor is incredibly refreshing and longlasting . It has a great texture that doesn't get too tough after chewing for a while . It's my go-to for keeping my breath fresh throughout the day , and i love that it's sugar free . Highly recommended
