Extra Spearmint is very flavorful and refreshing. It is very tasty. It keeps its texture and flavor. I like to chew when I'm anxious and it helps. It's a sugar-free treat.

The mint is not over-powering like a lot which is great. Nor does it stick to my teeth and disintegrate like some other brands I've tried. Will definitely be buying more. Plus the doodle and saying are just too cute!
