Since trying to lower my carb/sugar intake I now chew a half piece of gum a day and it works good for me. Other brands lose flavor pretty quickly but this one does what it says :) Another good thing to note is that others I have tried seem to harden up after chewing for a bit but this one doesn't do that - I will always buy this.
