I love this gum for after meals or snacks during my work hour to refresh my breath. It has a low stick, easy to chew, easy storage and accessibility.

The flavor last longer than most gum. You would have no idea it was sugar free. The texture is the same as regular gum. I would pick this up over any other gum

I'm giving this 4 stars only because I'm not a fan of this flavor. It tastes like pepto-bismol to me :/ Just my personal opinion. Other than that, love a good tasting sugar free gum.

As an athletic guy, I need to chew gum during my workouts to prevent teeth grinding and also as a distraction. I normally get a different brand (“number” brand) and it was out of stock at the store so I opted for Extra and figured it would hold me over until the other one was back. I was overwhelmingly surprised as the larger piece size and extremely long lasting flavor. 2h of weights and cardio and another 30 minute walk with my dog at home and the flavor and texture both remained strong. 5 cals a piece and the right level of sweetness. Polar ice is a more fresher mint flavor and not as cooling, but still nice. This will likely be my new brand going forward!
