After coffee or lunch when your mouth and maybe everything else is just kind of blah, this freshens your breath and does wake you up. It's like a mouthful of ice that doesn't make sensitive teeth react to it. I love it!

It lasts me a good 30-45 minutes before it starts to lose its flavor, although I usually can chew it for well over an hour. The polar ice is pretty intense, but definitely my favorite Extra flavor.

I prefer a smaller pack for everyday (carrying in my purse), however it is perfect to keep a stash at home in the pantry. Stays fresh.

The packaging is nice and it is easy to open but it is also a bit bad because since it is paper it will tear up a bit easier than other packaging but you can recycle it and it’s good for the environment since it’s paper packaging. Also i got mine for 2.30 for 15 peices which is a pretty good deal. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the flavor lasts about 15-30 minutes.

EXTRA Polar Ice Sugarfree Gum gives us the sugar-free we need to protect our teeth, and the long last flavor that keeps our breath smelling good. Polar Ice is normally my go to as we really prefer the minty flavor, but I also grab my son the Sweet Watermelon, and Cinnamon for myself, as everyone needs a change up every once in awhile.
