What do you expect from these? For sure extra empty calories! We all know what sugar tastes like and that’s what this is. But what I like to warn you of are these types of habits; do you pick only one or do you pick five and shove them all in your mouth? My experience was that I would grab a bunch and shove them in my mouth and get a sugar high. I would do this maybe 2-3 a day. I have this jar at work and it doesn’t help much, because I don’t burn the calories. I bought these for incentives at work and it was a bad idea. Just a bad idea.
