It's sugguested you take one a day with or between meals. It contains superfruits that helps promotos energry and the immune system as well as other bodily systems. He did noticed slight boost in energy after day 3.

He had more energy and all around felt better. Its an easy pill to take and there is no after taste.This did not upset his stomach as sometimes these vitamins can. All around a great find for him!!

I want a single unit that provides a spectrum of vitamins nutrients as opposed to taking multiple supplements. These vitamin tablets are an average size and are easy to swallow. The bottle contains 45 tablets which is a 45 day supply. They are well packaged and appear to be high quality. They contain a wide array of vitamins, minerals, probiotics and "superfoods" and that makes them even more appealing to me. I have not seen many multi-vitamins that have ingredients such as spirulina, beet, broccoli, kale, spinach, blackberry, blueberry, carrot, and cranberry on the market. I know that these are foods that contain a lot of nutrients and are not part of the normal diet most of us eat. I appreciate that they are included in these tablets along with the regular vitamins that most other supplements contain. It definitely makes this supplement stand out from the crowd. Also appealing is the fact that they are non-gmo, vegetarian and gluten free. I find that as I age, I look for foods and supplements that have these qualities more than I did in the past.

The Men's One Superfood & Probiotics multi-vitamins are labeled vegetarian and support a lot of the areas I need. The vitamin is kinda on the big side but was easy to swallow. I like that these are tailored to Men's health and since using I have noticed a boost in my energy throughout the day. So far they are easy to digest and feel they are more effective on an empty stomach. Overall, great value, potent, effective, a little on the pricey side for the quantity. Definately a men's vitamin I would buy and use again. The increased energy and vigor have felt great !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] received these yesterday and took the first one this morning. I do like that they are a smaller size to make it easier to swallow. When I first opened these they had an odor like wet grass, they also have a taste of grass when you put them in your mouth, not bad just a small flavor. I do like that they are a complete multivitamin formulated for men and only have to take one a day. I do like that they have no artificial preservatives, colors, flavors or sweeteners. I also like that they contain no gluten, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, fish or shellfish and are vegetarian. I will continue to take them and see what my numbers are when I go back to the doctor.
