I've tried about 4-5 different multivitamins over the years and these have had the best impact and results in my body. I don't get a bloated feeling or any discomfort and the product easily absorbs. I can definitely notice my energy level increase when I take them...it's not a super hyped up energy, but a noticeable sustained one. (I'm in my early 40's)

My husband is 55 and normally takes one of those popular gummy vitamins. He said he didn't notice a difference in how he felt physically. He still had just as much energy. A few things he didn't like was the size of these vitamins, they are huge. The taste, they left a bad taste in his mouth. Lastly, they turned his urine a bright, neon yellow.

This men's one a day multivitamin is a great source of vitamin A, E, K, and riboflavin, B12, biotin, folate, zinc, chromium, and so many more. There are 45 tablets in the bottle for a 45 day supply. My boyfriend takes one everyday with a meal and hasn't had any issues with it. He says he does feel great and has lots of energy for his workouts and for his day in general. It is great that taking this tablet once a day, provides him with all kinds of nutrients, vitamins, and superfoods. It allows him to have a healthier body and not be deficient in any areas.
