I tried them and I have noticed a difference in my energy level since starting to take them. The only bad thing about them is that I really wish they were in gummy form.

More energy but not like from caffeine, no jitters or anything.

I seem to have more energy when taking it. I forgot to take a few mornings and by noon i could tell i had forgotten. The brand rainbow light ia new to me. But so fat its good.

As a night shift worker, they provide me with the energy to last the night. Love the fact that there is "super foods" blended in. Organic and vegetarian. The only down side is that they only have 8% of calcium.
