These things are huge, I am guessing bc they are full of the good stuff for our bodies. I'm used to taking pills because I am diabetic but these were a bit hard to get down.

This product doesn't upset my stomach and it is a balanced all in one with the vitality blend of potent B complex. Also bone and immune health with antioxidants. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got this vitamin because I have an issue with my body absorbing the correct nutrients due to surgeries so I need to take supplements to boost it. My doctor recommended that I take a general all inclusive vitamin instead of having to take multiple ones. I haven’t had blood work done yet so I don’t know what the results are or if it has affected my levels but I won’t have blood work done for another six months. I can’t say that I don’t have trouble swallowing pills but for some reason I had issues with this one. You start to swallow it and then it’ll get stuck even if you have a mouth full of water and only one pill in your mouth. I think it has to do with the coating. And when it gets stuck like that you get the awful taste in your mouth before you are able to get it swallow. And that taste stays around for a good 15 minutes even if you try to eat or drink something. So if you get this vitamin I just suggest that you take it by it self and do not try to take it with other pills so that you do not have that issue and make sure you use a lot of water when you try to swallow this. Other than that I can say that I do like the fact that it does not have an odor that is offensive. The womens one high multivitamins are a great option for everyday. I love that they also are probiotics so less pills to take. They are very large and can be a little tricky to swallow but once down provide excellent nutrition support. I have felt really good since starting these and I will continue to purchase in the future.
