She really likes the Rainbow Light brand Women's One - High Potency Multivitamin because it does not have a strong after taste. It also has all of the vitamins she needs to take, so she only has to take the one vitamin a day versus multiple.

If you look at what is in it, it is comprehensive amd much derived from plants, so in their natural form. These do not make me nauseous as others do or give me a stomache ache. I also like that the pills are not rough, which minimizes tasting the vitamins and make it easy to swallow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Women's One High Potency Multivitamin for my honest review. First off, they are non gmo, raw, and clean, which is awesome. They are packed full of great ingredients, and can be taken with, or between meals. My only gripe is the size of the vitamins, they are HUGE. I had to break them in half to take them. I hope they make a liquid version, because I really would like that so much better.

I alsolove these vitamins although they are huge.It lets me know i'm getting a good amount nourishment for my body. I take it with lots of water. This vitamin gave me a feeling of well being, I am more alert and energetic.I can get up out the bed and do more. It is worth the money and I will continue to take them as long as I can. Someone mentioned the taste, I hardly noticed that but I would quickly chug mine down with plenty of water or Gatorade so it wasn't bad for me. It is easy on my stomach also.

I like the balance of vitamins and minerals contained in each pill. I can replace so many of the individual vitamins I have been taking. I like that they are formulated for women specifically. They were well tolerated by my body and digestive system. No bad aftertaste or repeating on me later. Great product!

The pill size itself is a pretty good size but still easy to swallow with some liquid. No bad taste while it's on my tongue and the pills in the bottle just smell like dry grass. I'm in my mid thirties so I feel like at this point my body needs a little help and by taking a multivitamin I can get what my body needs. I like that you only need one pill a day and the bottle has 75 pills. Definitely a lot of good things packed into this pill.
