My only complaint is the size of the tablet which is pretty large and can be difficult to swallow. However, it does give me a lot of energy and made me feel healthy when taking.

Smell is bad as well but again not to much of a smell. The packaging is nice to look at and looks healthy. Wonder what the pricing is.

I have not taken a multivitamin in many years, but am trying to improve my overall health. I like that this one is vegetarian & gluten free. The pill size is fairly big, but can be swallowed easily with something to drink. No aftertaste which is fantastic. I have only been taking for about a week, but I have noticed an increase in my energy. I have been taking it first thing in the morning, really helps me get my day started.
