The pills are a little on the large size but better than some. I don't know if I've noticed any difference in my health but if you are looking for a multi vitamin that carries high percentages of recommended daily doses of vitamins, this is it.

They are quite big - little challenge to swallow if you are one that has problems with that. The vitamins do have a smell but it's not terrible. As far as a womens multivitamin goes it's one that has a good variety of vitamins in it. i would recommend this product and I will continue using it.

It has a whole list of vitamins, a vitality blend, organic rainbow superfoods blend, and digest support blend. I love the fact it has I do not feel like I need to take multiple other vitamins, digestive enzymes or probiotics due to all of the great ingredients. I have taken multivitamins in the past, but I've never tried a product that also contained superfoods & probiotics. If they work (and remember to give it a few months before you can see results), it will make life a little easier for me. I wouldn't have to buy probiotics as well, plus you get a lot of superfoods in your daily pill: spirulina, beet, kale, spinach. Besides, you are only supposed to take one a day, where with other vitamins you usually have to take more than one and that makes them more expensive. I am still a bit confused about the Daily Value of some of these vitamins and minerals. Some are as low as 8% DV (Calcium) and some as high as 1667% (Thiamin). I have done some research, but I will continue reading to understand how this works. I was worried about the size of the pills, since they are quite large, but I was able to swallow them easily. Yes, they do have an unpleasant taste, like any other vitamin (except for gummies, of course). These vitamins are vegetarian and gluten-free and the bottle is made from limestone and they used a tree-free label. I am not sure whether they are manufactured in the USA, which is a very important detail to me. I was not able to find this answer anywhere yet.

I really like that there is no aftertaste. I like that it has so many essential vitamins such as iron, vitamin A, B and calcium. I love that is has a superfoods blend and a women's vitality blend featured. One vitamin has so much to offer. I do feel as if I have more energy every day and better digestive health since I have started taking these multivitamins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these in place of the separate vitamin and probiotics I was taking previously. Some pills with iron make me nauseous but I had absolutely no issues with these. I take them after breakfast and found them easy to swallow.
