They dont cause my stomach to feel icky and I only have to take one pill once a day. The price isnt ridiculous either. I feel energized and overall healthier unlike other vitamins where I havent ever really noticed a difference. Definitely gonna keep these in my cabinet.

What might work for one person might not work for the other person. This vitamin didn’t work for me. It had my stomach bubbling and upset.

I take it in the morning and have not had any problems with upset tummy or anything. They are kind of large and do smell a little but not as bad as other vitamins I have smelled in the past.
