I noticed after taking the pill I would have intense yellow urine. After looking into it the cause was high b2 consumption which is a harmless indication that I am taking more than I need.

I started taking these the day I received them and while they cant cure or treat any illnesses withing a week I started feeling a little bit better, I had a little more energy and not as tired as I normally am.Even when Im not ill I have little energy. its been about 2 weeks or so and am feeling better,, have a bit more energy and even when I dont get enough sleep I feel as if Im getting better rest/sleep,which I could sleep longer than normal and still not feel well rested. The pill for me was easy to swallow and has no nasty aftertaste. it does have an earthy smell due to the spirulina and chlorella. I would definitely buy these and will seek them out to buy them.

I feel that vitamins do help to stay healthy. I have been taking vitamins for years plus other things to stay healthy. I am in my seventy;s and have very few problems and taking only otc drugs .
