I don't think it's the product, it could be me and my body not agreeing with something in it. I give it 2 stars because the ingredients on the label are good and i'm sure they will help other woman unlike myself. Since I didn't take them for long I didn't get the chance to feel the benefits.

Having taken them for a few weeks, I definitely feel more energized and less sluggish - no bad side effects, no upset stomach. Just be aware, if you have trouble swallowing pills, these might be a challenge.

I am on a low carb diet and don’t eat things like beets. I take these vitamins for the nutrients and get a probiotic. Best of all, I am still in a state of ketosis when I test myself. I always look at the ingredients because I prefer to have my vitamins made with quality, non-synthetic materials. Specifically vitamin B-12. I am glad to find another quality vitamin, as it is unfortunately difficult to find.

I like the balance of vitamins, minerals and probiotics all in one without any allergens. I could personally feel more energy after some time taking them. No bad aftertaste either, but a rather large pill to take. I do feel it is personalized for a woman's digestive health and a good addition to my health routine.

I have not noticed an increase in energy yet but I know I am deficient in vitamin D and B which this vitamin supplements. I usually only take individual vitamins but its been hard keeping up with all of them so this multivitamin is a great option. I expect this vitamin to help with immune support and hopefully I'll notice an increase in energy in about a week or so. I hate the the vitamins are so huge and hard to swallow! I have to cut it in 3 sections to make it go down easily. Its tastes like turmeric. Also, it turned my urine bright yellow which was a shock.
