Got shipment earlier, and the product works great on dirty floors very well

Easy to work with if you don't do Flor for a living

worked but required a lot of elbow grease

We like that is cleans good too....dirt build up.

I use it to clean my floors so I don't work too hard. Put on floor and wipe up dirt.

Works as suggested

I worked 5 hours trying to strip a hallway 100 square foot. Started at 8 to 1,tried 4 to 1, 1 to 1 . What little help the direction are I followed them. It called for very hot water and I think that is where it was a problem.If it takes hot water to work then if your floor is on a concrete base it sucks the heat right out of the mix.I would feel it drag in the first two minutes then it was gone, I am guessing it quit working. I used one gallon of this stripper and three new black stripping pads on my 175 rpm floor scrubber and 5 hours to end up with a floor that no one would except as ready for finsh. I will return the rest of the ZEP product to the store and look for a professional grade product.
