Industrial strength

I'm diluting 5 water to 1 stripper. Whatever was put on this floor is still sticky after 5 years here. This stripper takes up old "wax" and dirt that wouldn't come up using power scrubber. I apply and wait about 30 minutes, then mop up residue. Bare, clean tile feady for a good hard wax.

This product takes the work out of floor cleaning

This product is amazing. I've used several different products to strip old wax off the tile floor, but nothing worked like this. It cut through the wax with a lot less scrubbing than anything else on the market. I'd recommend it to everyone who has a floor to clean!

Finally a product that works!

I bought my house just over a year ago. My kitchen has a light color linoleum flooring and I quickly discovered it has a faint texture that grabs dirt and grime. My brother recommended a certain product that creates a nice, glossy sheen and fills in the texture so the dirt doesn't become ground in. With three children and a dog, I am constantly mopping. The downside to said product is trying to strip it off every few months, as it builds up an unwanted grime itself. I tried everything I could think of to strip this off, even using full strength ammonia. It was a pain. I almost gave up. I picked up a gallon of Zep floor stripper as a last ditch effort and gave it a go. I used the 1:4 ratio and it worked like a charm!! I barely had to scrub!! I probably could have used a bit more stripper in the mix, as a few spots felt a bit tougher, but nothing compared to what I was straining with before. This product is amazing!! I will use this stripper from now on and make my life so much easier!!

USED OTHERS, THIS IS BEST

Cleaned the linoleum in my kitchen and dining room. Product goes on easy, doesn't have a strong smell, cleans up easy. Have textured linoleum designed to feel and look like stone tiling and as a result, dirt builds up in all the depressions. I used a scrub brush and was amazed at how beautifully it cleaned up. Looks as good as the day it was installed. Great product. Follow the directions!

Works in seconds

Immediately started breaking up the old wax & took it down to the bare floor. Great stuff. Highly recommend it.

Not what I expected

Packaging was Zep, but not the same as above.. Did not do as good a job as I expected. Had to use a scraper and still need to do it twice and this is nothing but a linoleum rug. It is not commercial grade so you don't get commercial results.

Instructions for 4:1 heavy stripping is not strong enough!

Poor label info and additional info on website. used 4:1 ratio for heavy vinyl floor stripping and not removing all wax. Multiple stripping and use of an abrasive stripping machine still did not do it. On final area I tried mixing 1:1 and finally worked. I wish this would have been stated on label. No ratio instructions,or additional comments to use stronger or weaker as needed would have helped. Can't find info on website how to prepare floors before and after stripping, sealing, polishing. Also, when is burnishing done...between polish coats or after four? Very poor labeling and online education. Just one short 4 step process video? Should have one video for each process and detailed use info.
