Despite an issue with the heating element, Breville honored their warranty and sent me a brand new one. SOOO happy! I love this oven and spending that much money was a stretch - so I'm thrilled they 'made it right'. Fabulous company.

Love my new Breville purchase. With easy to navigate controls and all the accessory pans and basket to bake, broil, and air fryer. My tater tots were the bomb!

This is my 2nd Smart Oven. The first one lasted 10 years before the power button stopped working. The only issue I have is with the display, which fades in and out depending on the angle of approach.

This is my second Breville Smart Oven. The first was used hard and lasted 7 years. The new oven is very loud and gets very hot on the exterior in comparison to the old oven. It overall seems to run hotter.

We have LOVED this oven and use it all the time, very versatile ...however, anytime we used the convection fan the past few months, it was SO LOUD so we would have to turn that feature off and eventually, the fan died. While the other aspect of the oven work, the convection does not and that was a huge feature for us. So disappointed considering the price tag. We actually spent the money on this because of the name brand and we were tired of always having to replace traditional toaster ovens every few years. Now we have spent that large amount of money and still have the "broken" issue to deal with. Super disappointed as, prior to this, we raved about it to others who have purchased this oven as a result. I hope they don't run into the same issue. Is it possible to buy the part to replace the fan????

Its really beautiful and functional convection oven.Specially timer and temperature functions are wonderful. But!!! This is not cheap counter top oven. When I payed this price I'm expecting more for durable. Convection fan is noisy and already broken. I googled it and a lot of people complaining about convection fan. I loved so much I was highly recommended this oven for my friends, but now my convection fan is broken. Breville if you wanna keep your brand name for high , you should make better for convection fan. Check your customer review, so many people have problem for that fan!, You can make better for your name. I wanna give 5 star but after 2 years experience it's 3 stars.

This is our second Breville "Smart" oven. The first one lasted 12 months and one week. The power terminal burnt off of the control board. As it was not under warranty by one week we had to replace it. The oven works well so we bought a second oven. The second oven lasted two days. The thermal fuse went on the incoming power. Not sure how it burnt open considering the GFCI trips at 4 miliamps. I called tech support and they advised me to return it to the store. The replacement oven that lasted 14 months. I am very disappointed and frustrated that these "Pro" "Smart" ovens do not last. This third oven now again has a burnt out power terminal on the board.

I recently bought the Breville Smart Oven Pro because of others' reviews and experiences with it. I have not been disappointed. I have cooked so many mains in this oven! And I've also just done toast and broiling things. It doesn't have the air fryer function, but I don't miss that. I does have the convection function, which is just a lesser air fryer and fits my needs. I love using it instead of my huge oven. No regrets.

Love this oven. My built-in JennAir is waiting for a part to arrive, so it's been unusable. I bought this model after doing my research. This countertop smart oven has been a great substitute. I have broiled, baked, used convection, made quick breads, roasted small beef tenderloin, the list goes on with success with every setting. It's been 4 weeks and not disappointed in my purchase.
