Excellent product!!! It's sleek, sharp in its stainless appearance and does any cooking job very well. I've baked cakes and cookies, pizzas, pies, casseroles and much more. Love the broil feature to finish foods with a burst of heat to melt and crisp to a golden delight.

I really like the features and size of this oven. It is perfect for a small household. I've used all the features on it and can say it's a very good appliance. My only complaint is that the first one only lasted five years (thought it would last several more years), hence the replacement. This time, I purchased a three year extended warranty.

We purchased Breville toaster ovens approximately 18 months ago. Although we were very pleased with their performance one oven had a failure of the upper heating elements After briefly communicating with customer service we were authorized to return the oven for repair/replacement. Shortly afterwards we received a replacement Breville oven which has performed perfectly, all at no additional expense to us. We are very pleased with Breville products and their customer service.

Easy to use. Heats up quickly. Did a great job reheating pizza slices. Appreciate the pans that came with the oven. Really like that the rack slides out a bit when the door is opened. Our air fryer was just recalled so will be doing convection ‘frying' with this shiny new addition. A great purchase!

This is a great oven! I use it A LOT -- for toasting, broiling, roasting, and much more. My biggest negative is that the grill pan and tray are hard to clean -- in fact, they always seem to have a residue. Since they shouldn't be put in the dishwasher, I am limited to soaking a scrubbing, but these don't feel adequate. Items are sanitary enough, but don't feel smooth and like new.

Best toaster oven I've ever owned! This is my second. The first one was still working well, but we'd had a power surge during a thunderstorm and it was making noises when it started up. Because I loved it so much, I got a new one and love it as well. I also own the Breville coffee grinder and coffee maker. All of these appliances are excellent.

Excellent baking, even toasting and multiple options to do different things make this a very convenient toaster oven. It is also large enough even for large food plates and 12-13" pizza. The only thing would be that it does have some learning curve to properly understand the uses of the different automatic functions.

My husband surprised me with my Breville Smart Oven Pro for the 46th anniversary of our engagement! I/we really like ours and use it almost daily and on some days two or three times. The learning curve was very little. Our favorite features are Toast, Bake, Warm and Reheat. The TOAST pre-set of 4&4 is perfect for our breakfast toast (2 slices) And the same goes for 2 “toasted cheese sandwiches.” We BAKE (regular/no convection) most of our dinner/supper entres. And the size of Smart Oven Pro allows for even my 9-3/4x9-3/4x 2” casserole with lid, too! The non-stick 12 inch “pizza” pan that came along –is almost worth its weight in gold as they say. For keeping fresh pizzeria pizza toasty with the “WARM” setting (our preference middle rack and temp 200 degrees). For leftover cold pizzeria pizza - making it mouth watering with the “REHEAT” setting (our preference middle rack temp 325 degrees). The REHEAT setting is wonderful for a piece of cake/brownie, etc. in bringing back that just baked smell and taste. I must include in my review that the convection fan noise is noticeable. So, this is an area for Breville to “work” on going forward to make their oven even better!

Previously we (my wife and I) had one of these for ten years. It is a real blessing to use. Many times, we use this instead of warming up the oven. Prime example is for baked potatoes. Just can't say enough about this. Our wish is it last as long as the last one.

I had a Smart Oven Pro for 7 years before the white plastic (?) covering over the heating elements began to crack. Although the machine still worked, when I contacted the company, they offered to have me send it in for repair/replace or just purchase a new one. I chose to purchase a new one and I see that they no longer use the white covering over the heating element. I very much like this machine AND I seem to have trouble keeping it clean. Baking soda just doesn't do the job. I probably need to be more careful about cleaning it each time I use it especially when baking a chicken, for instance. Now, I have put a piece of aluminum foil on the drip shelf and that is helping a lot. So- I am very happy with the machine, the previous and the new one. No hesitations at all. Just make sure to keep up with cleaning it.
