Use this when I cook chicken and cornish game hens in my air fryer. Also on turkey done in the big air fryer. It adds great flavor to the birds and gravy drippings.

I have been using this seasoning for many years it is my favorite for making cornbread dressing, chicken and dumplings and Mexican soup. Everyone who has ever had my chicken and dumplings wants my recipe. My husband uses it when he grills. We never run out of this seasoning it is a staple in my kitchen. I don’t like the fact that Sam’s doesn’t keep it in their stores so I have to order online. I buy several at a time in fear they will discontinued it.

I have primarily used this spice blend on Salmon - it is fabulous! Dust top of Salmon filet with this spice then sear in pan with butter. Dust the other side and turn over to finish cooking. Cover pan and let sit for a bit to make sure it is cooked through. It's the best flavor! Also try some sweet sauce over the top like Apricot Jam or Orange Marmalade with a bit of lemon juice mixed in. Yum!

This chicken seasoning is fantastic!!! It is very well seasoned without being overly spicy/salty. This has a little more lemon flavor than the other Lawry's Chicken Seasoning. But both are fantastic. I use this on chicken-I have also used it on pork with excellent results as well. I will definitely buy this again.

This seasoning was so good that I doubled my second order. It goes with almost anything. Fish, chicken, shrimp and I grab this seasoning before salt and pepper.

I have used this seasoning blend on both chicken and fish and it is wonderful. It has a really good mix of seasonings. I have also used on it sauteed squash and zuchinni with onions.

After 5 years of doing fundraisers for our Veterans Organization, we only use this seasoning. We are know for very tasty and moist BBQ Chicken. We will not change our seasoning. We are disappointed our local Sams Club no longer stocks this item.

I have been visiting Sam's Club for the last 3 months trying to find this seasoning. When I continued to not see it on the shelf, I went online and saw that it could be ordered. This Lawry's Perfect Blend Chicken & Poultry Rub is no doubt better than anything I've used to cook with. Sam's Club, please put it back on the shelf!!

Good products. But expiration date for the spice expires in December 2021 And it was ordered in late March 2021. You have to buy 2 big jars of spice. Not everyone who buys at Sam’s club is in the food service business. We used to be able to buy one jar at the club. Most products are only available on line now.
