If you want tender meat this is what you need. No more pounding out your meats. I recommend sprinkling this on for no more than an hour before your meats are to be cooked.

Buying this online from Walmart was much easier than trying to find it with the spices in the store. Also, buying this size is good economics and not running out of it so fast.

I absolutely love this product. It does a great job tenderizing tougher cuts of meat. This is a life saver with the cost of protein continuing to go up. Thank you Sam's for carrying this item!
