Bought this for some very tough pork. No matter how I would cook it, it was still tough. The tenderizer was like magic, no more tough pork.

I have used this product almost my entire life. I can’t imagine being without it. Buying the larger size is so economical. Makes broiling, baking, and barbecuing so much easier. Meat will be so very tender.

I have been using this product a long time on meats in lieu of salt. It does a great job helping to tenderize. They used to carry it in the store here, but now it’s only online.

I have recently gotten to need tenderizer but the seasoned ones contains too much salt. This unseasoned brand can be used after brined without adding extra sodium

Why did you Stop carrying Adolph's meat tenderizer. This was something I used almost every day. It’s has not been in stock for the last 2 months. I would recommend this but it’s not available.

Great on food because it's not seasoned. My child can't have a lot of seasonings
