Handles get hot

Very beautiful set, but handles get really hot, on my second day I got pink a stain on a lid that doesn't come out at all. I'm very disappointed of quality, but set looks beautiful.

We are sorry for your experience with the set, Notrtherngirl15. Please know all Member's Mark items come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and can be exchanged or returned anytime. The handles will get hot when exposed to prolonged heat in the oven or if the heat on the stovetop is too hot. For your safety, we highly recommend using potholders or oven mitts when handling the lids, pots, and pans. Besides, we have some tips for you to protect this set. 1) Always use on low to medium heat. 2) Avoid sudden temperature change. Always cool down to room temperature before hand washing. 3) Do not use corrosive cleaning products such as bleach, acids, oven cleaners, etching, etc. they will seriously damage the non-stick coating and deteriorate the finish.

great cookware

The black has a blueish sheen to it but I love the color and these pots and pans are really nice to cook with. So far I have not had any problems with anything sticking and they are a breeze to clean!

Better than I Thought!

These are amazing! I love pots and pans and have diff. brands, sizes and materials and these are just great. No sticking, EASY clean up, good size for a fam of 5 and very esthetically appeasing! These are a great investment and a must have!

10 out of 10

This is the best cookware I have owed. It's easy to clean. It doesn't overcook your food. The colors are so beautiful. I was concerned about the handles being hot, but that is NOT the case. I will definitely purchase another set of these.

We're sorry for this experience, Edi. Please know you can exchange or return this set anytime as part of the Member's Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. To restore the performance of the non-stick surface, we recommend a deep cleaning method. This involves soaking the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Besides, we have some important tips for you to care this set. 1) Always use low to medium heat. 2) Always cool down to room temperature before washing. 3) Avoid sudden temperature change (Thermal Shock) on the cookware and lids. 4) Keep the open fire just touching the bottom of the pots and avoid open fire climbing onto the wall.

not the color as stated.

Im a bit disappointed I purchased the color black in this cookware + just now opened a box of cookware with the color of a dark navy blue not black as I ordered ☹️ might return to get a different color.

Everything sticks

These pans were great for about the first 40-50 days. After that everything stuck! No matter how much butter, oil or spray I used EVERYTHING would stick! I would not recommend these if you cook frequently.
