We are sorry you are unhappy with your cookware set, jay. The handles will get hot when cooking on high heat, so we recommend using Medium and Low heat only when cooking. Silicone and wooden utensils for cooking and handwashing when cleaning will help the set maintain its integrity. Please remember all Member's Mark items come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and can be returned anytime.

We are sorry for your experience, Jess. To restore the non-stick performance, we recommend soaking the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Here are some tips for you to clean the stains. 1) Soak the pan in warm water with dish soap for 1 to 2 hours. Then gently wipe the stained parts with a soft sponge or cloth. 2) Pour white vinegar to cover the stains. Heat until it simmers, then let it soak for 15 to 30 minutes. Wipe with a sponge or cloth afterward. 3) Make a paste of baking soda and water, apply it to the stains, and scrub gently with a soft brush or cloth. Rinse with water. 4) Squeeze lemon juice on the stains, wait for 10 to 15 minutes, wipe with a soft cloth, and rinse. 5) Use a cleaner for non-stick pans as instructed. Apply, wait, and wipe clean. 6) Don't use hard tools like steel wool to avoid scratching the non-stick coating, which could affect its performance and lifespan.
