We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the lids, Ki. Our cookware features dual-riveted cast stainless steel handles specifically designed to remain cool and comfortable during cooking. However, metal handles can become hot due when exposed to high oven temperatures or prolonged cooking. To ensure your safety, we recommend using potholders or oven mitts when handling the lids, pots, and pans to protect yourself from the heat. As a reminder, this set come with the Member's Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and can be exchanged or returned for a full refund anytime.

Hi, Ann, we are sorry to hear about your experience. This cookware features a stainless steel stay-flat base designed for use with induction cooking surfaces. The diameter of the pan's induction base should be equal to or larger than the size of the induction element one is using. If the pan's induction base is much smaller than the induction heating element, the induction sensor may not recognize the pan and will not activate (heat). Please remember that all Member's Mark items can be returned for a full refund at any time as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
