good cookware but misleading

I really do enjoy these pans the only issue I have with them is that the handles do get hot to touch so I wasn’t expecting it when I picked one up by the handle to move it that it would be extremely hot.

Poor quality

Not compatible with our induction stove top. Handwashed and only used on low-medium heat and within a couple weeks it already has a chip in the coating and you can see the metal.

We are sorry to hear about your experience, Becca. Here are some tips for you to maintain superior nonstick performance and shining colors. 1) Always cook in LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT. The use of high heat and a sudden temperature change ( Thermal Shock ) can cause metal fatigue, warping, deformation, non-stick deterioration, chipping, discoloration. 2) Always cool down to room temperature before washing. 3)HAND WASHING RECOMMENDED THOUGH DISHWASHER SAFE. 4) Never use hard objects onto the nonstick surface. 5) Always place a piece of paper towel or cookware protector between each other. 6) Avoid sliding across the metal stovetops and place the pans carefully on/off any locations. Please remember that all Member's Mark items come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and can be exchanged or returned anytime.

sticks so bad

Loved them the first few uses but now they stick soooo bad. Everything sticks! They’re beautiful pans but durability and usability is not there….you also have to hand wash to keep them nice.

Best pots on the markets

These pots are amazing I haven’t had any issues with them at all. I was scared that they only might be for range/gas stoves but they work perfect on my electric/glass stove. Definitely recommend!

Practical Chic!

I snagged the cream color after stalking the website for over a year! I absolutely love all the pieces, only thing lacking would be a really big pot for pasta/chili or something. But every piece is functional and so pretty!

works at first

I’ve had these since July and tried to give these a fair chance. After the first month food was starting to stick to the pan and bad. But now it’s been 6 months they are TERRIBLE. I can’t cook anything without it sticking!

Beautiful and excellent quality

We saw these in club and they really looked great so I read the reviews prior to buying. After having a using for a few meals, they perform as good as they look. Great purchase and I would highly recommend.

Love them!

These have turned out to not only be such a fun color accent to the kitchen - they are the best cookware I’ve found. They take a little longer to heat to high heat, but they cook well and are super easy to clean. Very pleased with purchase

Don't waste your money

These are beautiful, but they stick, and after getting them, I regret not just buying a better quality set, so I'm not having to buy a new set every year. I'm afraid I will be replacing these soon. I'd buy another brand.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. To restore the non-stick performance, we recommend soak the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Besides, here are some tips for you to maintain the nonstick performance. 1) Use it on low to medium heat consistently. 2) Prevent sudden temperature changes (Thermal Shock) on the pots, pans and lids. 3) Always cool down to room temperature before washing. 4) Hand washing recommended although dishwasher safe. Please refer to the instruction manual for more details.

Don't Waste Your Money

This pans are fine, but not anything special. Do yourself a favor and spend the little extra for the anodized aluminum pans instead of these. The difference is night and day. We were not happy with these!
