Just wear oven mitts

They are great non stick but the lid handles and the pot handles get hot.

reply from Member's Mark Team

We appreciate the great feedback and rating, Laura! Our cookware features dual-riveted cast stainless steel handles specifically designed to remain cool and comfortable during cooking. However, metal handles can become hot due to their nature when exposed to high oven temperatures or prolonged cooking. To ensure your safety, we highly recommend using potholders or oven mitts when handling the lids, pots, and pans to protect yourself from the heat.

Beautiful and functional

Beautiful and well made, nothing sticks and if anything browns on it wipes right out.
