Picture: tree. Description: tree. Delivered: snowflake. There isn't even an option for a snowflake (yet??). I'm sure this will be a giant hassle for me to get fixed, but I really wanted the green marble tree so I intend to try. May the odds be ever in your favor

I ordered a tree but I got a white snowflake. Looks like it happened to someone else so must be a glitch

I ordered a tree and got a snowflake

I got a snowflake too. No option for it- but here it is. I really wanted that tree but I will keep this because of all the hassle to return.

Not a green tree. Received a white snowflake

I ordered the tree and received a snowflake!
