[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. Browns toast evenly on both sides. Matches the rest of my kitchen appliances.

Like it. However the numbers for the darkness are on to see Also, the one it replaced showed how to place bagels in the toaster. That was helpful.

Definitely doesn't toast evenly. One side only regardless of setting. I thought I hit the bagel button. Nope, it just sucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this toaster. Beautiful on counter, toast perfect, and in a good time. Recommend

My fault - I should have checked to see if it took long slices of bread and thick pieces of bread. Not the fault of the toaster - it's all mine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Totally recommend this toaster. Looks great on our kitchen counter

We ordered and returned three different brands of toasters before we finally bought this one. It actually browns both sides of the bread without burning one side. That is all we really wanted out of a toaster.

Great toaster the only drawback is the outside of the toaster gets very hot. We don't have kids so it's not an issue but definitely something to be aware of before buying

We already had the same toaster in our restaurant...it is very consistent with toasting bread and it does have settings for bagels and English muffins...I like it

This is a great toaster, slick appearance with great features. Love the shade settings. Works great without the smell of burnt bread !! Highly recommend!!
