It has a bit of a caramel- like aftertaste, so not the best for all things that need to be sweetened. Great for desserts!

I've always been a fan of “in the raw” and once i discovered they made agave, i've only bought it from them. It doesn't taste artificial at all and just tastes perfect!

It's delicious, just the right amount of sweetness, and nothing else added just other agave. I use this for my morning matcha lattes and it's the perfect sweetner. I feel better using this then a simple syrup.

It's very simple to use, and easy to carry out, pretty convenient to me. I always keep some in my bag so i can have it whenever i wanna drink something in my office.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Agave in the raw and used it on a (mini heart shaped) waffle, which the bottle suggested. I know that Agave is very sweet so you need less of it compared to other sugars to make the product you're adding it to sweet, which means the bottle will last forever. I found it to be a great alternative to maple syrup. It would also be good in coffee or cocktails.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tastier more Delicious! Good to know: the difference between Plain refined white sugar and Sugar in the Raw is...... the Molasses. Both sugars are Sucrose and have the same amount of glucose. So for Health reasons please use it sparingly! 1 teaspoon (4 grams) of Sugar in the Raw has barely trace amounts of Vit C, B2, Calcium, Potassium, iron, and Phosphorus. But for cooking, baking, or in a cup of coffee or tea: Sugar in the Raw is tastier because of the Molasses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I substituted this sugar in place of just traditional granulated sugar. I didn't really find that it was as much sweetness as reg sugar. And it took more product than reg sugar to get close to the sweetness I wanted when using it
