First I tasted it straight out of the pack.It is more coarse than granulated sugar. It has the taste of cane sugar for sure. I drink a few times a week with my Matcha latte. It is the perfect addition to my rich and healthy beverage. Also used for baking and it's perfect!

At first I just thought this would be like regular brown sugar you get in the super market, but it definitely was not! When you first open the package you can see the difference immediately with this one because the crystals are a bit bigger and crunchy I would say. In our opinion it's better than the substitute sugars or the white granulated sugars we would always get. With this product we use it in our tea in the morning and it's great just the right amount of sweetness depending on the amount you use. We would definitely recommend anyone to try this product if your trying to throw out the old stuff.
