[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sugar reminds me of the sugar from Mexico. It's not as sweet as white sugar. Also this has a light brown color of the sugar crystals. It also has a pretty different taste. Tastes like cane. But I think it's perfect for coffee or maybe oatmeal. Something you don't want overly sweet and have a more natural flavor. Overall it's good

Sugar has a natural starch content that retains the natural sweetness of cane sugar. This helps create a unique and more pleasant flavor than regular white sugar. It seems to take so long to dissolve. I appreciate the more natural approach to sugar it doesn't replace my usual “everyday” sugar

I like that it is brown sugar, since that is typically what I buy. I took away one star because the granules don't dissolve with anything cold. So you have to use this product only with hot liquids, unless you want your final sip to be nothing but sugar.

This sugar provides an extra depth of flavor compared to regular granulated sugar. It adds a caramel-like flavor that is deep and nutty. I love this especially in my coffee or on top of sweets to give an extra crunch.

So I've been missing a certain sweetness to my night time teas and this is a FANTASTIC honey replacement and doesn't spike my GI (which is great given in trending to gestational diabetes 🙄). No weird after taste and melts smoothly so nothing is weirdly textured in my tea. Highly reccomend!
