[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sugar in the raw has a golden color, a caramel-like flavor and is nice and coarse in texture. I mainly use this in my coffee but have also used to top off baked goods. It does not dissolve quickly or easily even in hot liquids so be prepared to do a bit more stirring versus processed white sugar. The mild flavor and the beautiful color make it easy to recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using this product on top of fruit. This time, I used it to sweeten my fruit for the Tres Leches Cake I made. It's a subtle sweet and not over powering. I like that it doesn't dissolve all the way and add a crunch!

First I tasted it straight out of the pack.It is more coarse than granulated sugar. It has the taste of cane sugar for sure. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this cane sugar! It's raw sugar! I put it in my dishes and porridge, all tasted good! It's less processed, it's healthier, it's naturally, it has natural color, I think it's better than the regular white sugar!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a nice caramely flavor that is enhanced in hot coffee. I prefer using this in warm things or making a simple syrup with it because of texture, but that's to be expected with sugar in the raw.

I also used them for cooking and they are awesome to cover baked goods in. Since it's a chunky sugar it makes baked goods have a crunchy bite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these products for free from Influenster and In The Raw in exchange for my honest review but I actually purchase Sugar In The Raw and have purchased these packs before to bring to work when I want coffee. My old job stocked table sugar and I'm just not a fan. I've even branched out to Agave In The Raw recently but it's hard to find. I love these in comparison to table sugar and/or simple syrup. I've baked with Sugar In The Raw though pricey to use in bulk like that.

I drink a few times a week with my Matcha latte. It is the perfect addition to my rich and healthy beverage. Also used for baking and it's perfect!

I tried it in my morning coffee and was quite impressed. It did take alittle longer to dissolve, compared to my origional sugar choices, however it tastes amazing and has become my new morning coffee go to sugar choice.
